City Haven Massage Therapy operates out of a modern health care clinic ‘Idental’, incorporating dental and ear care services. Idental is located at 3 Belmore Road, North Balwyn and is easily accessible from the CBD via the Eastern Freeway.
City Haven rooms offer a fresh, peaceful and comfortable space in which to receive a massage and switch off from the outside world. The rooms offer free customer parking and wheel chair access is available.

If you are interested in a massage on a day other than Monday or Wednesday, please consider a visit to our Parkville location or perhaps book a mobile home visit massage.
City Haven Massage Therapy services, including mobile corporate seated massage and home visit services, are available Monday – Friday 9am to 5.30pm. After hours and weekend services are available as per availability.

Health Rebates apply with all major health funds, depending on your level of cover. Following your massage, a receipt will be issued for you to claim directly with your health provider.
City Haven is a full member of the Association of Australian Massage Therapists AAMT and holds comprehensive AON insurance. All employees and contractors employed by City Haven Massage abide by the moral ethics and codes of the AAMT, are fully qualified, insured and possess a Level 2 First Aid Certificate.
Clinic Pamper Packages
Exclusively available at our North Balwyn clinic year round – each 30 minute appointment is the perfect option for those people looking for pure indulgence and relaxation rather than a remedial massage. They utilise essential oils to enhance the experience.
There are 2 pamper packages to choose from each priced at just $60inc GST per treatment.
Reconnect & Ground Foot Massage ‘Reconnect with yourself & others’ This treatment includes stretches, reflexology components and relaxation massage to the lower legs and feet using essential oil blends of orange, sandalwood, jasmine, neroli & rose combined with a massage cream.
Harmony Back Massage ‘Recharge & promote inner peace’ A divine back massage using dry massage techniques, stretching, oil massage, the use of hot towels and a focus on deep relaxation. Essential oil blends of lavender, bergamot, ylang ylang, geranium and chamomile are used in this treatment.
Note:You can add a regular 30 minute massage to these treatments to make the appointment a 60 minute session (just $55 inc GST extra) or combine both packages for the ultimate relaxation session ($120 inc GST). These massages are slightly more expensive than our regular massages as we use essential oils during the treatment. Our pregnant clients should not book these pamper packages as the topical essential oil use is contraindicated during pregnancy for these oil blends.
